Operations

The operations can be carried out successfully because of the acquisition of new machines and new land for the expansion of production facilities. Also, the investment into expanding its fleet of 38 delivery trucks as well as continuously outsourcing delivery has also paid off. To date there are 5 production facilities, in which 8 local machines and 4 German machines operate round the clock. Supported by over 300 dedicated staff, Mr Johnson still runs the operations, sales and day to day activities.

It is estimated that PD Hollywood can generate over 250,000m2 of various concrete pavers and 500,000m of road curbs, precast panels, and bataco in a year. The drainage systems account for nearly 10,000m.

There is countless material shops in Jadebotabek enlisted as resellers. Even big gun contractors and real estate developers such as PT Total, PT Pulau Intan, PT PP, PT Wika, PT Agung Podomoro, PT Paramount Serpong and the local councils of Jakarta, Tangerang and Serang Public Works Department (PU) constantly source for the products. There is also a marketing-cum-showroom in Serpong.
